Sunday 21 Feb 21 Visiting an Former Supervisor

I got up around 7:30 and walked the dogs. I checked my phone and my friend agreed to meet at 11 at Rutherford's Family Diner. After walking the dogs I went into Walmart to use the restroom. I also bought a salad on discount and went back to the RT. I shaved and change into a clean shirt.
I drove to the restaurant a little early to make sure we wouldn't have to wait on a table since I was concerned about the church crowd. I only had to wait about 5 minutes. My friend and his wife showed up about 5 minutes after I was seated. We had a good breakfast and great conversation. They invited me to their house after breakfast and so I drove there which was approximately 20 miles north of town. I spent about 3 hours there. They have a nice house with a pool in the back yard. It was covered for the winter.
After our visit I drove back to town. I stopped at an open field to let the dogs out for a bit. While I was there I fastened the driver interior door panel. Some of the plastic studs were worn out and others had come loose from the cheap fiberboard panel. I also replaced the C-clip on the inside door latch handle.
After the repairs I drove on to Walmart where I parked for the night.
