You may wonder how this Symplgy came to live this Sympllyph. It all started a long long time ago when I was a wee little boy.
Mama told me when I was young
"Come sit beside me, my only son
And listen closely to what I say
And if you do this it'll help you some sunny day"
"Oh, take your time, don't live too fast
Troubles will come and they will pass
You'll find a woman and you'll find love
And don't forget, son, there is someone up above"
"And be a simple kind of man
Oh, be something you love and understand
Baby be a simple kind of man
Oh, won't you do this for me, son, if you can"
"Forget your lust for the rich man's gold
All that you need is in your soul
And you can do this, oh baby, if you try
All that I want for you, my son, is to be satisfied"
"And be a simple kind of man
Oh, be something you love and understand
Baby be a simple kind of man
Oh, won't you do this for me, son, if you can"
Oh yes, I will
"Boy, don't you worry, you'll find yourself
Follow your heart and nothing else
And you can do this, oh baby, if you try
All that I want for you, my son, is to be satisfied"
"And be a simple kind of man
Oh, be something you love and understand
Baby be a simple kind of man
Oh, won't you do this for me, son, if you can"
Baby, be a simple, be a simple man
Oh, be something you love and understand
Baby, be a simple kind of man

Thanks mama!!!
I woke this morning at 8. Ran for a mile and then had breakfast. I decided Enterprise Car Rental had enough time to address my complaint of being over changed for the car rental in Midwest City. I called the corporate office and was told I would have to discuss the issue with the Midwest City office directly. Once I called that office I was handed off to the supervisor. I breifed her on the issue and she immediately agreed to refund the $105 to my Debit card. Very glad I made the call.
After cleaning up the breakfast dishes I got on line and found a laundrymat. It was very nice and clean. It was not coin operated but used a card simuliar to a credit card.
You could put multiples of $5 on the card. I just did $5 and it was enough to get one load washed and dried.
Then I drove to Marble Head Lighthouse State Park. The lighthouse was built in 1821 in just 2 months using local limestone.
It is still in operation but only for recreational boats. Commercial vessels use GPS and other electronic navigational aids.
After checking out the lighthouse I got back on West 2 heading towards Toledo. I stopped at a Walmart close to the Great Lakes Museum that I plan to see in the morning.
